Temporal Markers

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the contribution of Temporal markers to written and spoken mandarin chinese, it is proposed that they play an important role in creating and maintaining track of the past, present, and future. In addition to their utility as tracking tools, Temporal markers may also be used to create a sense of order and sense of control in these languages.
