As found in an estate, as shown in the photographs. The white paint on the letters & border is smaltz, but it has worn off mostly although there is some reflective still. The discoloration on one side is staining. Otherwise it might clean up some. There is some mushrooming on the top half moon from either being hammered into the ground while on a stake, or being dropped at some point over the years. It’s only visible on one side. It’s a nice display overall, and a perfect gift for someone with that name or who lives on a Newton Road.
