Another item from Country Artifacts, Great Northern Liquidation, Springfield, Vermont. Vintage Marker on Paper Mid-Century Modern Architectural Rendering Hartford Conn No indication of architect, artist or what building it is. The cars in the work look like 1970's to me Marker on paper, framed in wood, missing glass Outside frame dimensions: 41" wide x 31" high x 1" deep Inside frame dimensions: 39-1/2" wide x 29-1/2" high Inside mat dimensions: 34" wide x 24" high Received from the estate of a long time Hartford real estate developer In fair condition, it is missing the glass, there is a small rip and light brown stains on the drawing. On the back, there is some paper peeling/ripping, some water stains, and black paint peeling/wear on the frame, please see pictures. Unpacked weight & size: 4.7, 41x31x1
