The TurfTracker Single Drop Foam Marker TT-501 is a useful tool to use together with your broadcast or drop spreader if you want to avoid overlapping and wasting chemicals when spreading on your lawn.
This foam marking tool attaches to the back of your spreader and drops a trail of single foam drops along the spreader path so you know which areas you've covered. It works with broadcast or drop spreaders with a swath width up to 5' and drops a line of foam balls along the centerline of the spreader path, helping to eliminate streaking, overlapping, and wasting chemicals. The TT-501 Foam Marker is a very economical spreader accessory because eliminating streaking allows for a consistently fertilized yard and even application each time you spread, while reducing overlapping and wasting chemicals will save you money.
Intended for home and smaller turf applications, the TT-501 Foam Marker is perfect for homeowners who frequently operate walk-behind equipment and want a streak-free lawn. Very easy to assemble and use, the TT-501 Foam Marker operates at normal walking speeds from 3 mph to 6 mph.
Installation: Attach the included tank bracket and hang the tank. Mount the tubing to the box of the spreader. Connect the foam tubing to the tank. Fill the tank with water and add 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Shake the bottle a few times. The foam will dissolve in minutes. One AA battery and dish soap are required.
