TRAIL MARKER 3 original hand printed zinc plate etching by award winning Pittsburgh printmaker Thomas J. Norulak. Printed with sepia ink on arches buff paper; Image measures 9 X 12 INCHES; unmatted and unframed; signed and numbered and dated 1996 by the artist in an edition of 10, buyer received lowest available edition number. Image depicts a scene along one of the hiking trails in Western Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands. I am a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and have taught printmaking and papermaking at Pittsburgh Center for the Arts for over 25 years. I've also taught at Seton Hill University, Carnegie Mellon University pre-college program, Carnegie Museum of Pittsburgh, and have lectured and given demonstrations at museums,schools, and arts groups throughout Western Pennsylvania. I've exhibited widely throughout Pennsylvania, and my work has also been in national shows in New York City, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Illinois, Indiana, Texas and Nebraska.
