11N708 up for sale is a military temporary runway battery operated light, these are meant to be filed with sand or other ballast then they can be staked down to the ground surface to mark off a temporary landing zone or any other area you want to mark with a light, these have two settings one switch position is on constant and the other is a fairly quick flashing about once every second, this unit comes with 4 stakes the light unit with ballast bag attached, 2 extra bulbs stored in lower housing 4 additional light filters to change the color ( RED, GREEN , AMBER, and BLUE, ) this unit also comes with a clear lens and a masked off lens as shown in photos, ( NOTE we have additional colors in full lenses in our store if you want a more complete color light, these units are covered under NSN 6230 00 115 9996 Light marker ground obstruction, the unit is marked mil-L-52543D TEK-LITE INC, the balast bag measures around 12 x 11 and the light extends around 6 inches total from ground surface, the light assembly is around 5 inches dia and has a water resistant switch on the outside,  the lens easily removes to install batteries ( note 4 C cell batteries not included in this sale as shown in photos for demonstration) the bag has 3 snaps to hold it closed to retain balast materials. nice new unit from factory surplus. buyer to pay calculated shipping and packing to your locations, see our store for more stuff like this, Thank you RWK.
