HOWEVER - According to one review, Prismacolor Premier Double-Ended Brush/Fine Art Markers don't bleed. Another reviewer says that Prismacolor Premier Brush-Fine Double-Ended Art Marker markers don't bleed through paper like most markers.  I'm sure it could bleed through one type of paper and not others. The colors are vibrant, so I would work with something under whatever I am doing.
