Shipping Policies

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday.

We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally (Please check the shipping section on each items for details) or to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).

Free shipping to continental United States (48 States) only.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policies

All Items Include 30 Days Return Exchange (Except AS-IS Items) If you received an item that is defective or damaged in shipping, please send us a message on eBay My Messages and our customer service team will try to troubleshoot and provide technical support or guide you to resolve the issue.

Non-defective items will be charged up to 15% restocking fee with shipping fee.

In order to return an item you must contact us via eBay messages to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
