Lock Latch & Strike Plate Mortise Marker 3 piece set for latches & strike

This Weslock #150  latch and strike plate mortise marker set for wood doors and frames includes a 1" x 2 1/4" latch and deadbolt strike plate marker, a 1 3/4" x 2 1/4" knob strike plate marker, and a 1" jamb marker.  It allows you to quickly mark both the door edge and the jamb for neat and professional mortising.  After drilling 1" holes in the jamb and door, simply place the marker in the hole and hit it with a hammer.  The jamb marker makes it easier to ensure that the door and jamb holes align properly.  The sharpened metal blades will cut the outline of the mortise, which lets you quickly chisel out the wood inside for a clean look.  The door prep will work for both square and radius corner latches and strike plates.  The knob mortise marker also works for full lip deadbolt strike plates.  Blades can be removed for resharpening.
