How to adjust different color modes？
This can be done by pressing a button on the USB connector or by a remote control. Please refer to the manual for the remote control. Please also note that the USB connector must be installed when using the remote control.
What if the plastic corner is broken？
The plastic corners are only for the protection of the product in transit, and do not affect the use of the product. If you need to replace the plastic corners, please let us know.
How to clean the chalk markers？
Please note the dryer the markers, the better it will be wiped off.
First try simply wiping the surface with a dry clean cloth.
If a dry eraser fails to remove all the dry marker, please try wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
