Any returns where free or discount shipping was offered the actual charge for shipping that was paid by us will be deducted from any refunds for all returns. Any returns for incorrect address will be refunded less shipping fees. If the order is cancelled for a refund the above policy is still in effect, and a 25% restock fee may be applied at the discretion of Black Light World. Be certain to properly pack returns to avoid damage. We will not refund the order if the order was used, seals broken, not in original packaging, or damaged.
