Like new (military surplus)yellow nylon base (supposed to fill with dirt or sand), Appears to have never been filled, plastic stakes, tinted lens covers ( some have minor cracking or may come cracked due to age) NSN 6230-00-115-9996, takes 6 volt battery (not included) And Not tested.
