This DAT/OAT Prep Erasable Notepad (“noteboard booklet”) by Gold Standard DAT/OAT provides a simulation of the real exam notepad; it is NOT a replica. Currently, the real DAT/OAT are computer-based exams which do not provide scratch paper. Instead, for your calculations and note-taking, you are provided with a fine point marker and and two 8.5” x 11” laminated sheets. To extend the life of your marker, make sure to place the cover when not in use. This will avoid the marker drying out. The laminated sheets are not attached to each other and you are able to use both sides. The rest of the sheet includes a grid box. Similar to graphing paper, the grid box is comprised of 1cm x 1cm squares. This is great for grid method hole punch, QR graph problems, and much more! This DAT/OAT Prep Notepad product follows the preceding guidelines and the 2 markers included with this product are the current brand being used for the real exam: Staedtler Lumocolor non-permanent marker with fine point, black, made in Germany.
