The Prismacolor 48 Assorted Colors/Set is brand new. About half of the markers have never been used and the rest were used for one project last year. I tried out about two dozens of them just before posting this and they were all still good. The color pencil set sells for $60 on Amazon and the markers I got for about $150 total (each Prismacolor marker goes for around $5-8 and the Ohuhu marker set was around $70 brand new).
