Auto Serv Accessory Tissue Box Holder 1950's True Vintage All Steel

Here is a genuine Auto Serv auto accessory tissue box from back in the 1950's. It mounts under the dash and swings out to offer you tissues.  The logo on it says it's specifically for Kleenex brand. This is a fixer upper.  I think there is supposed to be another part to the bracket for universal mounting, but that part is missing.  There are some screws and nuts that come with it.  The pivot and detent of the mount are in good condition and work well. A couple of the factory rivets have come loose, as pictured.  This tissue box has lots of bends and creases. Tissues not included. This was made to insert an entire tissue box in the dimensions common at the time. I don't know if they make that size box anymore. You may have to have an arts and crafts project cutting a taller modern tissue box down to fit. This appears to have been manufactured with the silver painted face, not chrome.
