Antique Original Signed Van Delft Etching "The Old Town" w/ SZL Marking

Thisis a wonderful original engraving by European artist Van Delft. It depicts a street scene in France. The piece is entitled The Old Town. The engraving is hand colored and is signed bottom right in pencil. Bottom left there is a very small triangle stamp surrounding the letters SZL. This is the Triangle Trade Mark and indicates a special identification. The back of the piece has an old label that is also stamped SZL at the bottom. This label reads: Original Etching - By: Van Delft - Title: The Old Town. "Etchings carrying this label are Genuine Original French Etchings Imported From France. The Artist placed on this etching the Triangle Trade Mark enclosing the letters SZL as a Special Identification. An etching is only Genuine Original when made entirely by hand, and no mechanical process is used." The frame is in good shape except for a couple of nicks on one side (shown in pics). The size of the actual etching is approximately 7.25" X 12.5".
