These Pyramids allow you to place your Target Markers, (not included) on the top and four sides.  Place them around the object to be scanned and your 3D scanner has reference markers to give you a better, easier scan every time. • Scanning target stickers are not included as different scanners use different target markers.  Use you own stickers on the pyramids.  A pack of 10 Pyramids needs 50 Target Markers.   Target markers that are on Pyramids in the pictures are there for display purposes only to show how and where they are to be placed. • Save money on target markers because these Pyramids can be used again and again. • Pyramids will accept markers up to 11mm diameter in size. • Pyramids come in two varieties.      Without magnets, just apply your own stickers and place them around your object to be scanned.      WITH magnets, apply your stickers.  These allow you to place tracking Pyramids on vertical metal surfaces. Bottom magnets are neodymium magnets, the strongest kind.  Magnets are slightly recessed into the bottom of the Pyramid to prevent the metal magnet from scratching the metal surface you are scanning. • For best results space your Pyramids around the object to be scanned in a random pattern keeping each Pyramid approximately 2.5 inches away from each other. You're going to love how much easier it is to do 3D scans when you are not constantly losing your tracking information.
