The Marker Kingpin M-Werks 12 Binding is very much like the Marker Kingpin 10 Binding, but uses Carbon in its build to make it even lighter while offering some higher end features as well. What differentiates the Kingpin M-Works from the traditional KIngpin 10 binding is the Kingpin M-Werks 12 features a carbon reinforced heel and toe and weighs just 620 grams including the brake. You get the ultimate in uphill performance thanks to an ergonomic shaped climbing aid which has 3 levels of functionality- One for flat approaches, another for moderate steeps, and the last setting for steep skin tracks. This allows the skier to adapt to terrain changes quickly and easily with the flick of your pole, and puts you in an ideal climbing position to reach your final object near or far. A stiff carbon front with an ISI toe piece makes the binding a breeze to step in and out of off, and aligns you boot just right for easy entry so the binding pins line up with your tech toe inserts.
