The Marker may or may not have a brown anodized finish, it must be built to specific Rules that to Golf course must follow to be valid. The Marker must be used for professional use only, no one else may use it except the instructor. The Marker must be kept in the course office or storage in the Marker case, no pictures or videos can be made of the instructor and/or player using the marker. No marks may be with this Marker except those of an instructor or player, the mark may not be placed on the Golf Ball or anywhere else off the Golf course. The mark may not be used by the owner, instructor or player myself, if you are providing assistance, that is allowed however you do so at your own risk. Enjoy your game of golf!
